This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Nextpixel APPS ("Company") governing your use of the HugAI (the "App"), an AI-powered photo-to-video generator. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• To create, upload, generate, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• To generate content that violates any law, regulation, or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• To generate content that depicts or promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or any form of harm.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you engage in prohibited uses or violate this Agreement.

3. Content Ownership

All content you generate using the App is owned by you. However, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and display the content for the purpose of providing and improving the App and related services.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App, and you agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the content you generate or share.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to follow these guidelines:

• You will not create or share content that could be considered offensive or harmful to others.
• You will not use the App to generate deepfakes, illegal, or unethical content.
• You agree to report any inappropriate use of the App by other users.

5. Warnings for Harmful or Inappropriate Content

The App utilizes AI to generate video content from photos, and while it aims to create appropriate and engaging outputs, it is possible for unintended, harmful, or offensive content to be generated. You must carefully review the output before sharing it publicly.

You acknowledge that:

• The App may generate unintended results.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the generated content is appropriate and does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• The Company is not responsible for any misuse of the App or the content created by you or others.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages or harm resulting from your use of the App, including any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content generated through the App. You assume full responsibility for the content you create and share.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for any violations of this Agreement.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The Company may modify this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
